Before eRoom, a team might have flown to a client site, spent a week there, and flown back, shuttling paper documents or USB drives. With eRoom, the team could set up a secure digital room, invite the client, and collaborate asynchronously. It reduced travel costs, accelerated project timelines, and created a digital paper trail that protected both the consultant and the client.
