Windows Adk Offline — Installer [repack]

The Windows ADK does not natively ship as a single offline MSI, but using the documented /downloads and /layout commands, an administrator can reliably construct a fully self-contained offline installer. This approach enables consistent deployment of Windows imaging and deployment tools in environments without internet access, maintaining compliance and operational security.
