Press Win + R , type regedit , and press Enter.
If the star icon or the Quick Access header is completely gone from the left sidebar: windows 11 show quick access
Restart File Explorer (open Task Manager, right-click "Windows Explorer" → Restart). Press Win + R , type regedit , and press Enter
Under the "Privacy" section at the bottom, check both boxes : Press Win + R
