Blinking Lights on the HP Deskjet F2400 All-in-One Printer Series

The HP Deskjet F2280 is not officially supported on Windows 11, but it can still print reliably using native inbox drivers. For scanning, this model does not offer that feature.

If your printer shows up in "Devices and Printers" as "Unspecified":
