Flying with blocked ears is possible, but only with preparation. If you cannot clear your ears on the ground, you will not be able to clear them in the air. Postpone travel if you have a significant cold, active ear infection, or severe sinus pressure.

The goal is to open those Eustachian tubes. Try these in order, starting 30 minutes before landing.
