A page tree that goes 10 levels deep is hard to read. Try to keep your hierarchy to 3 or 4 levels maximum. 5. Troubleshooting: Why is my Page Tree missing? If you’ve added the macro but can't see anything:
Type /page tree and select the macro from the dropdown (or use the + menu in the toolbar). A configuration window will appear with several options: add page tree in confluence

Never leave a parent page blank. If you have a parent page called "Marketing," do not just leave it empty with child pages hidden underneath. Troubleshooting: Why is my Page Tree missing
You (or your users) might not have "View" permissions for the parent page or its children.
💡 The Page Tree macro does not automatically include pages from other spaces. For cross-space navigation, use the Space List or Navigation Map macros.
