The human brain's ability to reorganize itself in response to new experiences, learning, and environmental changes is known as neuroplasticity. Inspired by this concept, we propose a novel approach to artificial intelligence (AI) that leverages cognitive architectures and neural networks to mimic the brain's adaptability. Our proposed framework, ExCogito, aims to enhance cognitive abilities in machines, enabling them to learn, reason, and interact more effectively with humans. In this paper, we present the theoretical foundations, design principles, and initial results of the ExCogito approach.
