Instead of using a code, you can log in directly on your mobile app using the same email and password you used for the subscription. Most modern activations happen automatically upon login. If not, try logging out and back in.
Activation codes are usually time-sensitive. If you waited too long, the code may have expired. Refresh the page on your TV to get a new one.
