When you open gpedit.msc on a Pro machine, you'll see a window divided into two panes:

Libraries
To add a library, search for one you want and select the version in the dropdown. Or if you have
favorited it before, just click the library name in the Favorites section. Libraries are
installed using the conan.io package manager.
Please note that Windows-based compilers currently do not support libraries. Seethis Github issue.
