In the chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) mouse model, MOGI-131 (3–10 mg/kg, oral) reversed sucrose preference deficits and reduced immobility time in the forced swim test (FST) without affecting locomotor activity. Effects were absent in GPR139 knockout mice, confirming on-target activity.
