The Gold Series uses a diagnostic display. Here are the most common codes:
Before disconnecting or inspecting any part of your softener, always turn the (located on the back of the control head) to the "bypass" position. This stops water flow to the unit so you can work safely without flooding your basement.
Water leakage can range from minor weeping to significant flooding, often originating from the valve assembly.
