When Sheldon realizes Missy’s stupid volcano worked, his face is supposed to show smugness turning to panic. In 240p, his glasses become two glowing white rectangles. His mouth is a tiny black slit. He looks less like a child prodigy and more like a angry Minecraft villager. It makes his tantrum funnier because you have to use your imagination to fill in the details.
