Shion Utusnomiya
Shion Utsunomiya is a Japanese voice actress and singer, born on November 10, 1987, in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. She is best known for her work with the Japanese voice acting company, I've Sound, and her solo music career.
