Boot Hp Laptop — In Safe Mode !!install!!

Use this if you want your laptop to boot into Safe Mode until you change it back. Press Windows key + R , type msconfig , and press Enter. Go to the Boot tab. Check the Safe boot box under "Boot options." Click OK and restart.

after troubleshooting: Open Command Prompt as Admin and run: bcdedit /deletevalue default safeboot boot hp laptop in safe mode
