Microsoft Office Picture Manager (OIS.exe) was a raster graphics editing software included with Microsoft Office suites from 2003 to 2010. It was prized for its intuitive interface, batch processing capabilities, and automatic image compression features. In Windows 10, this utility was removed from the standard Office installation packages (Office 2013, 2016, 2019, and 365), replaced by the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application, "Photos."
