If you own a PlayStation 2, an original Xbox, or a PC (where it is still available via abandonware archives), Ford Racing 2 is worth the price of a used DVD. It is clunky, loud, and unapologetically American (and European, and Australian—thanks, Ford Falcon). It is not the best racing game ever made, but it is certainly one of the most earnest.
