DHARMA SHASTHA: The Guardian of Sabarimala

The movie opens in the celestial realm. Mahishi performs a terrifying penance, gaining a boon that she cannot be killed by any God or Demon. She unleashes havoc on the three worlds. The Devas plead to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu . To bypass the boon, Vishnu takes the form of the enchantress Mohini. Manikandan reaches the lair of Mahishi. The demoness realizes this is the prophesied son of Hari-Hara. A massive, VFX-heavy battle takes place. Mahishi uses her powers to shift the landscape, creating illusions. Manikandan uses his Chakra and bow. Finally, he catches Mahishi, lifts her, and throws her onto the ground (the spot where the Sabarimala temple stands today), destroying her physical form. He grants her liberation (Moksha).
