Bobbie-model

Bobbie loses marginally on standard benchmarks but dramatically outperforms on long-context retrieval (RULER). At 32k context, Bobbie is also 36% faster than Llama-3 due to its BiGLU and windowed attention strategy.

In engineering, plasticity refers to the ability of a material to undergo non-reversible deformation without rupturing. In the Bobbie-Model, this is applied to the human psyche. Where a rigid model "snaps" under pressure (divorce, estrangement), the Bobbie-Model mandates "structural plasticity"—the capacity to stretch, deform, and accept uncomfortable shapes (conflict, distance, silence) without severing the connection. The relationship is viewed not as a pristine structure to be preserved, but as a living tissue that scars and heals, becoming stronger at the break points. bobbie-model
