You cannot just overlevel your starter and steamroll the Elite Four here. You need a map, a plan, and a database.

PRO’s bosses (Giovanni, Archer, the E4) are competitive-level fights. They use held items, switching strategies, and perfect IVs. If you walk in with six level 100 Charizards, you will lose.
